RBI Launches UPI Cash Deposit, No ATM Card Required
Great news for digital payments in India! RBI proposes depositing cash in ATMs using UPI. No need to carry a debit card anymore. This will be similar to UPI cash withdrawals, offering more convenience and efficiency. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) recently announced a groundbreaking move to further propel India’s digital payment ecosystem. Governor Shaktikanta Das, on April 5, 2024, revealed plans to introduce a UPI-based cash deposit facility.
