Global Recognition for AIF’s LAMP Program Transforming Education for Migrant Children

AIF is proud to share that in November 2025, HundrED, a global organisation that identifies and elevates the world’s most effective education innovations, named AIF’s Learning and Migration Program (LAMP) as one of the 100 most impactful and scalable education innovations worldwide in its 2026 Global Collection. Selected from over 3,000 innovations from 53 countries, LAMP was recognised for its impact and scalability. One in every five children in India is a migrant, and over 140 million Indians migrate seasonally for work, disrupting children’s education and deepening the cycle of poverty. LAMP tackles this challenge by providing migrant children with access to quality education and by working with communities and government systems to prevent learning loss, ensuring uninterrupted learning and helping children stay in school.
