CREC (Chowgule Real Estate and Construction) has expanded from creating beautiful residential and commercial spaces over the past 60 years to the building and management of warehouses, business centers and industrial parks for the local and global community. Our company ethos has been to grow Goa’s economy and to provide for the needs of families rather than oversupplying the real estate market. In our endeavor, we have completed some of the landmark buildings as well as government and naval tenders, factories and institutional projects in the state. Proud to be connected to a heritage of industrial expertise, CREC is now managed by the third generation of the Chowgule family.
